You Should Read this if you have Air conditioning equipment installed on your premises.

Since January 2009 it is a legal requirement to inspect and validate any refrigeration and Air conditioning systems over 12KW. Units over 3.0 KG need either 6 month or 12 month inspection depending on the quantity of gas in the system.

From January 2009 it is illegal to sell or let a commercial building without a current air conditioning/refrigeration inspection report covering all installed equipment.
